Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nightini UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany (“Nightini,” “we,” or “us”) processes information when a creator or content partner uses the Nightini TikTok Content Tool.
Information we process
After you authorize TikTok Login Kit, we receive an authorization code
and may process an access token, refresh token, TikTok Open ID, display
name, and avatar made available through user.info.basic.
We also process the video file you select, its technical metadata,
TikTok upload identifiers and status, and limited security logs.
How and why we use it
We use this information only to identify the connected TikTok account,
transfer creator-selected media through video.upload,
show upload status, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and meet
legal or platform obligations. Nightini does not sell TikTok user data
or use it for third-party advertising.
Publishing control
The tool transfers selected media as a TikTok draft. It does not publish automatically. The creator reviews the draft, chooses music, edits it, and makes the final publishing decision inside TikTok.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by TikTok, our hosting provider, and technical providers acting for Nightini when necessary to operate and secure the service. We disclose information when required by law. TikTok handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
The encrypted login session is kept only while needed to provide the connected service and normally expires within 24 hours. Selected media is uploaded directly from the browser to TikTok and is not stored by this website. Security and diagnostic records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. You may disconnect TikTok at any time to revoke access and clear the local session.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Security, transfers, and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Where data is transferred internationally, we use applicable legal safeguards. This service is not directed to children and must be used only by people eligible to use TikTok and authorized by Nightini.
