Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Nightini TikTok Content Tool provided by Nightini UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany.
Purpose and eligibility
The service is available to Nightini creators and content partners who are authorized to prepare Nightini media for TikTok. You must be eligible to use TikTok and must provide accurate account information.
TikTok authorization
The service uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. By connecting an account, you authorize only the permissions displayed by TikTok. You may disconnect at any time. TikTok is an independent service governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies.
Draft upload and publishing
You choose each media file and start each upload. The service transfers the selected file as a TikTok draft and does not publish automatically. You are responsible for reviewing the draft, selecting music, making edits, and deciding whether to publish inside TikTok.
Content rights and acceptable use
You may upload only content that Nightini owns or is authorized to use. You must comply with applicable laws, TikTok policies, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, and privacy rights. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of TikTok or third-party infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, Nightini is not liable for indirect losses or actions taken by TikTok or other third parties.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or violation of these terms.
